Policies

At Uniquely Yours, we prioritize transparency in all our interactions. Our company policies are crafted to safeguard both our clients and our team.  Please recognizing that this is our livelihood in second life as well as real life. We appreciate your seriousness regarding all business transactions, as it fosters a smooth and mutually beneficial experience. Thank you for your understanding and support.

General Policies:

  • 5000L deposit required for events over 10,000L.  Half down deposit for events under 10,000L.

  • Payments must be made at the terminal on the store front lobby.

  • All events must be paid for completely within 72 hours before the event to hold your date and time or all money paid is forfeited as a cancelation fee.

  • Payments made on an event that is canceled more than 72 hours before an event will be converted to a future booking that must be held within 4 months of original booking.

  • Event date and/or time changes must be made one week or more before the event to ensure availability of staff.  More than one date or time change will be charged an additional fee.

  • All weddings require a 30 minute rehearsal with entire wedding party to go through and adjust animation system

  • If we are building on your land we are not responsible for lag issues during your event.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.  If we cancel your booking for any reason more than 72 hours before the event a refund will be issued of any money paid.
